Static Banner Advertisement: Static banner advertisement is located on the adlinks.html page (the left side) of the HomeConstruction.com website. The website is constructed in a frameset consisting of four pages, header.html, adlinks.html, footer.html and photos.html. The only page that changes is photos.html, leaving adlinks.html static. Banner advertisement may not consist of any blinking images, must not be offensive and must be in GIF or JPEG format with size restrictions of width="90" and height="45". The banner will link to the advertisers website. Continual Static Banner Advertisement, Three Month Commitment:$30.00/1000 hits or $450.00/Month. Monthly Static Banner Advertisement, Month by Month Commitment:$45.00/1000 hits or $775.00/month. Text Link One: A text link located in the services section the advertiser request listing in, such as appliances, flooring, framers, etc. This text link may be listed in multiple areas, for example "Greater Seattle / Appliances," "South King County / Appliances," Pierce County / Appliances," etc. This text link will link to the advertisers website not hosted by HomeConstruction.com but by another hosting company. Automatic Renewal Yes, we would like to have our advertisement automatically renewed at the end of its run time. No, we would not like to have our advertisement automatically renewed at the end of its run time. When contractually agreeing to one of our two six month advertising plans at $28.95 or $34.95 per month per area, all link creation to your companies website is free. All online website creation is $59.95, and all onsite site creation is $109.95. Online Site Creation Costs Advertiser would like an online standard one-image site created for a cost of $59.95. Advertiser would like an online standard two-image site created for a cost of $69.95. Advertiser would like an online standard three-image site created for a cost of $79.95. Onsite Site Creation Costs Advertiser would like an onsite standard one-image site created for a cost of $109.95. Advertiser would like an onsite standard two-image site created for a cost of $119.95. Advertiser would like an onsite standard three-image site created for a cost of $129.95. Advertisers advertisements will be uploaded to the HomeConstruction.com website on or before the agreed upon activation date. Advertisers may require changes on the website created by HomeConstruction.com LLC after it has been created, approved and uploaded. All changes will have a $25.00 minimum charge. Advertisers on the one, three and six month plans, or with the monthly static banner advertisement plan will have their advertisement discontinued at the end of the run time agreement unless automatic renewal has been agreed upon. Advertisers with continual static banner advertisement will have their banner listed continually. The banner will stay hosted on the HomeConstruction.com website until HomeConstruction.com LLC is contacted by the advertiser in writing, asking HomeConstruction.com LLC to remove the banner advertisement from the HomeConstruction.com website. Advertisers with a static banner advertisement paying on the per month plan will be billed at the beginning of the month for that months advertising. For example, billing will be on March 1st for advertising in the month of March, due net 10! A $20.00 late fee may be added for all accounts past due. Advertisers with a static banner advertisement paying on the per thousand hits plan will be billed at the end of the month for that months advertising. For example, billing will be on March 31st for advertising in the month of March, due net 10! A $20.00 late fee may be added for all accounts past due. Payment for advertising is due upon the completion of the text link creation to your companies site or upon completion of the website created by HomeConstruction.com LLC and the text link creation to the site. All invoices billed from HomeConstruction.com LLC are due net 10! A $20.00 late fee may be added for all accounts past due. Payments may be made by check sent to HomeConstruction.com LLC, P.O. Box 748 Ravensdale, WA. 98051. Or by visa by contacting us at (360) 886-0444. Visa payments may be set up to be billed automatically at the end of each month. A $35.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks or insufficient funds. HomeConstruction.com LLC reserves the right to discontinue any advertisers advertisement for any reason at any time. These reasons may include but not be limited to late payments, poor feed back from consumers in regard to your companies professional conduct, a lapse of liability insurance, etc. Thank you for advertising with HomeConstruction.com LLC. This contractual agreement is entered into between , (The company to be advertised that is entering into the advertising agreement) and Home Construction.com LLC. I or We (The Advertiser) have reviewed all information on this contract and find it to be correct and agreeable. The advertiser agrees to this contractual agreement with HomeConstruction.com LLC and looks forward to positive results from this advertisement.
